- 2022 — Bold Theatre founded as 501(c)(3) nonprofit
- 2024 — Russellville location identified, lease signed
- 2025 — Architectural planning and permit applications
- 2026 — Construction begins
- October 2026 — Soft opening target
- November 2026 — Grand opening
